OMG he annoys me to the max. I can't stand listening to his biased, I know everything commentary, no matter what or how much he does or does not know. He is condescending and arrogant. It's bad enough listening to the others without being an unwilling party to his tirades. Turn the volume down and just enjoy the game. I have done that on a few occasions lately.

The problem is, most people do not understand the game enough to know that Phil Gould does not know what he is saying.
Phil, apparently, has fooled everyone into thinking he knows what he is talking about. This is evident in the positions that he holds at the Roosters, and on channel Nine.
He is the equivalent to the Head of FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) when hurricane Katrina hit New Orleans in the way that his lies have been believed by most people, but especially the people who count, their employers.

Phil Gould is the most success full Origin Coach of all time, and you think he doesn't know what he is talking about, he is not an idiot he is a passionate man who played the sport and likes to express his opinion and most of the time he is right!

Phil gould is an absolute tool! That bit about jumping out of the commentary box was the most exciting thing that happened that game! I remember being on the edge of my seat actually believing he was going to do it! GO PHIL GO! DO IT!! YES!!! OHHHHHHH!!!
btw Vossy is the best bloody commentator on that team! Sterlo's alright.
