1. B. Stewart - Has to be picked, he is the only world class finisher the blues have.

2. D. Williams - Just needs to come back and strong a few games together.

3. M. Jennings - should have been picked last year

4. L. Lewis - Great player, needs to be picked somewhere

5. C. Lawrence - Also left out last year, gets his spot this year, pushed out to the wing though.

6. T. Campese - In the top 5 or so most dominant players in the comp.

7. M. Pearce - Plays more direct than Wallace which is what NSW need because they will just be playing QLD in their own game if they go wide. Also has great kicking game.

8. B. Kite - Still the best prop available.

9. R. Farah - Deserves his spot after 2 or three years in line to Buderus

10. L. Bailey - His durability would be invaluable to the NSW pack.

11. B. Creagh - Standout backrower in the comp so far this year.

12. A. Watmough - Manly's best this year, perfect for the game NSW need to play.

13. L. O'Donnell - Will put a few massive hits on.

14. Gidley - Utility off the bench speeding up the game as the big QLD pack gets tired

15. J. Perry - Has the size, always falls forward and gets quick play the balls.

16. R. Hoffman - Playing well this year - good wide runner coming off the bench..

17. P. Gallen - Good offloader, Needed to target the playmakers and get under Queenslands skin

1. Bret Stewart (Manly)- Best fullback out there, not picking him would be idiotic

2. David Williams (Manly)- Great Finisher, something the blues have been lacking for quite some time

3. Ben Creagh (St.George)- Out of position I know, but QLD have destroyed the Blues out wide, and some defensive stability would be re-assuring

4. Jamie Lyon (Manly)- I know he doesn't want to play, but you have to pick the best team avaliable, and he's form at the moment is even better than when he played for the Eels.

5. Joel Monaghan (Canberra)- Great for the high ball, can match Inglis and Folau with the jump, plus i'd pick anyone ahead of Hayne

6. Terry Campese (Canberra)- great attacker, solid defender, and can make a try out of nothing, just what NSW need.

7. Trent Barrett (Cronulla)- Selection may be frowned upon seeing that Wallace/Pearce/Mullen all in the race but fact is we need experience, someone that has won at this level before, and Trent is the man to lead the Blues to victory.

8. Luke Bailey (Titans)- strong, won't give up, just an all round great player.

9. Michael Ennis (Bulldogs)- Great player, great passing, running, kicking game and if there's a blue i assure you he'll be in the thick of it, where as the little homo Farah would go and run behind the biggest player. NSW if you pick Farah you are conceding defeat.

10. Brent Kite (Manly)- Mobile prop who also has speed.

11. Nathan Hindmarsh (Eels)- will make 60 tackles.

12. Glenn Stewart (Manly)- see above, plus he's an attacking weapon.

13. Alan Tongue (Canberra)- Heart, would play with two broken legs if you asked him too, one of the most under rated players to ever take the field.

14. Kurt Gidley- can come on as a roamer, just be where he needs to be, could even be the first captain to come off the bench

15. Josh Perry (Manly)

16. Michael Weyman (St,George)

17. Anthony Lafrannci (Titans)

*This team would win, unfortunatly for NSW Bellamy is the coach, and he will pick the likes of Farah, Hayne, Brett White, Anthony Quinn, and Steve Turner, so the future doesn't look to bright with that slimy S.O.B at the helm.*

I agree with most of your team(as you can see)

I think Luke Lewis has been amazing form and i use him as my UTILITY player (Wing, Centre, 5/8, Half, Hooker, 2nd Row, Lock)

Terry Campese comes off the bench as i think having Peter Wallace and him on the field at the same time will cause dramas due to them both trying to run the show, Sutton is a creative playmaker who won't try to control the attack.

Feleti Mateo wants to play NSW so we should pick him at lock, he is the same kind of player as John Sutton, and i noticed that when he plays five-eighth he tries to organise AND hit the ball up like a forward (at parra anyway seeing as they have no playmakers) at lock u remove the organisational side of it so less pressure.

I've been analysing Chris Lawrence the last few weeks and I think that his defence has been very good so I pick him at number 3 (we all know his speed) so Matt Cooper can slide in to his favoured number 4. I have been impressed with Michael Jennings in attack but I think he has some deficiencies in defence which need to be corrected first.

I don't like Jarryd Hayne but I know he can play football and he will be good out on the wing...Anthony Quinn is too suspect under the high ball in defence.

Joel Monaghan is a fantastic player and definetly should retain his spot. (possibly switch positions with Chris Lawrence)

Although Brett Stewart had a great game on the weekend, I don't think he should be picked because of the incident. Plus Kurt is a more versatile player, solid in defence, under the high ball, playmaking ability and a potent attacking weapon.

Kurt is Captain cause he's just born to lead, yes i do go 4 knights. doesn't make it any less true tho :D
