There was the Hoppa finger - that was ordinary (and a little bit strange on his part!!!!)

Also in the 1997 Grand Final between Newcastle and Manly, someone stomped on Geoff Toovey's face, can't remember who did it. Toovey was always a tough player and he did play for Manly (enough said) but no-one deserves that!

Yep the Crouching Tiger, Hidden Finger incident was completely over the top. Having said that, there's been many more dangerous and violent acts committed on a rugby league field. 'The Finger' will be famous forever though....

The bulldogs skiting the other week when the opposition player was seriously injured was attrocious behaviour. What does that tell the kids??

Gordon Tallis going off at the crowd over the "your mum wears army boots" sign was disgraceful.

Any tackle that is deliberatley aimed at injuring a player.

I've been watching rugby league for a while and there are a lot of them...but i think Danny Williams King-Hit on Mark O'Neil was right up there. That was atrocious.

Yes it was.

How could a guy do that on a league field?

To make things worse it was my final yr of high school and me and him have similar names so I got it big time

i dont like seeing players deliberately kicking another player who they have tackled, its so unsportmanship like. they have to remember kids are watching the game too.
